The Lord Nelson has stood at the heart of our Norfolk village for generations — a place for locals and travellers alike to gather, eat well, and feel at home. We’ve kept that spirit alive, blending old-world charm with a fresh approach to food, drink and hospitality. It’s a place for slowing down, staying a while, and coming back to.
We’re lucky to call this corner of Norfolk home — surrounded by fields, close to the coast, and steeped in character. Essential for any who visit us, is a step inside Nelson’s Museum, homage to the great Admiral himself, born in this very village. Our pub truly reflects this sense of place, and our team brings it to life every day. From the people behind the bar to the suppliers in our kitchen, everything we do is connected to our community.
Whether it’s a crisp winter evening by the fire or a summer afternoon in the garden, The Lord Nelson is a place for all seasons. Dogs are welcome, muddy boots are no bother, and there’s always room at the table for one more.
